Due to the internet speed of Norway we cannot say that there is a 7G or 8G network being provided there.Yes we can say that internet speed is provided in Norway like 7G or 8G network.Norway is a country in the world where internet speed is the fastest.

The European country Sweden is also one of the countries with the highest internet speed. Sweden's average broadband speed is 14.6 Mpbs. It has seen annual growth of 3.5% and 34% over the previous quarter.

Similarly, there are some other countries where very good internet speed is provided.It does not at all mean that 7G or 8G network is provided in that country. We expect the 7G or 8G network to be launched by 2030-2040. I don't know that we will survive to take advantage of the internet speed at that time.
